Role Summary:
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for the day-to-day performance of the recruitment team, tools & processes within Espirita, ensuring the company maximizes the return it gets from its live network, database and candidate pipeline versus the client demand. This role includes developing communication strategies, managing the performance and productivity of the recruitment team vs key KPIs, and assessing and improving tools and processes across the team to ensure candidate engagement & recruiter productivity are maximized.
Responsibilities:
- Establish & deliver key candidate engagement strategies & core recruitment processes that maximize the systems and tools available and maximizes the return from the company's candidate pipeline.
- Lead Espirita's global recruitment team, driving productivity and performance vs key company targets, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
- Partner with managers and teams across Espirita Operations to ensure the candidate flow into the recruitment pipeline is at the speed and quality required. Work closely with Espirita Senior Management to deliver vs recruitment targets.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining transparent communication, timely feedback and a welcoming approach.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and use data to refine and improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in international recruiting.
- 2+ years in management or lead role
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Superior knowledge of and experience in customer service and human relations skills.
- Must be able to adapt to changing situations.

- Knowledge of basic nursing and medical terminology.
